Yotecoco Movement

El Yotecoco was born in the land of magical realism, a region north of Tayrona Park, in the Colombian Caribbean, where love, imagination and the energy of its surroundings make what seems like magic become a reality; The Yotecoco is the force of love given by people who love other people and that gives Joy and Vitality to the spirit in order to overcome the obstacles that life places upon us and to be able to connect with our divine essence in this coco world.

The world needs agents of change; we need to understand what humans, nature, animals and our beloved earth really need to be well. This is called sustainable wellbeing, and we simply need three ingredients to make this happen: Love, Knowledge, and proper use of Time.

Let’s finally understand that we control almost nothing, that we do not possess anything, that the most precious thing we possess is our mental and physical health and life itself, and that suffering is inherent to our existence; if we manage to be humble, accept this reality and adapt, we will succeed.

Imagine a world where we want less, we need less and we are happier; imagine a world in which we stop consuming unnecessary things and harmful illusions; imagine a world in which we care more and harm less; only at this moment, we will find true spiritual awakening. This path is easier than it seems; it is a matter of truly understanding and practicing it, otherwise everything will remain in theory and in the next test to our existence, we will again fall into disarray and collective panic.
