Connect with your true essence; dance, listen to happy music; let’s connect as a family; sleep 8 hours to strengthen your immune system; practice exercise daily; do not let your emotional mind fill you with fears, illusions, attachments and detachments, that all that mental activity, the only thing it achieves is to weaken you and distort reality.

In the face of difficult circumstances, let’s not let panic control our lives; for this we have tools such as love, breathing exercises, body relaxation techniques, the rational mind and our spirituality.
