Black Boys Choco personify the use of art as a self-esteem and social sustainability strategy.
All its members have a sense of belonging to a healthy and fun artistic activity. They were chosen in recognition of their extraordinary abilities as dancers, where their African ancestry fuses with the Caribbean rhythms, giving the yotecoco a unique energy that goes from the feet up to the head, takng possesion of the people who dance to its rhythm.
Part of the profits derived from this song will be channeled so that the Black Boys Choco, through their dance continue promoting peace and social sustainability in the 2 de Mayo neighborhood in the city of Quibdó, one of the poorest neighborhoods of Colombia.
The yotecoco dance is healthy and fun, where those who dance it will give free rein to the joy and vitality of the spirit that is in each one of us!
